We try our best to complete your orders as soon as possible and we dispatch the products within 2 days of receiving your orders. Shipping period depends on your location.

After receiving your order confirmation, all orders are handled within 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays). When it ships, you’ll get another notification.

  If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of getting your shipment confirmation email, please send an email to contact@rkzfashion.com and include your name and order number, and we will check on it.
