We offer a refund or exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
For complete cancellations made by you:
- Get in touch with Customer Support and let them know if your purchase has shipped but has not yet arrived. Any unopened items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
- You can return an item to us. Any unopened items in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within 10 days of receiving your shipment (shipping and packaging fees not included).
If the goods are damaged in any way, there will be no reimbursements!
